Rates and Reservations

Rates for 2010

WINTER SPECIAL! $80/nt! Contact us for details.

Cabin:
April 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010
Sunday through Thursday $90/nt
Friday and Saturday $125/nt
Weekend rates apply on major holidays.

Rates are for up to 6 people.

Yurt:
January 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010
$40 per night

April 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010
Sunday through Thursday $50/nt
Friday and Saturday $65/nt
Weekend rates apply on holidays.

Rates are per night and up to 4 people, extra person is $10 each per night if they bring their own tent. The yurt has bedding for 4 people, but there's room for 2 more on the floor (bring an air mattress for maximum comfort).

All reservations require a 2 night minimum from April to December. 6% tax is additional.

Our reservation policy is as follows:

Payment Accepted:
Cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order. We can accept credit cards ONLY through PayPal Online payment systems. BUT a Credit card number is required as a security/damage deposit if paying by check/cash/money order. A charge will be applied only if damage has been done to the cabin.

Reservations made at least 14 days prior to arrival:
A deposit of $100 for the cabin and $50 for the yurt must be received vial mail at least 4 days within booking along with this reservation form. Our mailing address is: Salt Creek Retreats, 5194 Meadowbrook Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43207

Reservations made within 14 days of arrival:
A deposit of $100 for the cabin and $50 for the yurt must be received within 24 hours of booking using our online PayPal system or reservation will automatically be cancelled. You will receive a separate email after your reservation confirmation regarding using PayPal for the deposit..

Cancellations:
For all cancellations, we will hold your deposit as a credit for a future stay with us minus a $25 processing fee.
We are unable to process refunds for any reason.

Returned checks will be charged an additional $25 processing fee.

We love and accept pets. We just ask that you be careful about inside accidents and use the provided cleaning supplies if the occasion arises.

Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is before noon.
Cabin - The key can be picked up in the green mailbox on the front porch of the cabin. Please deposit final payment in the envelope provided and place in the green mailbox. Upon check out you can leave the key in the mailbox as well.

Yurt - The key can be picked up in the black mailbox in front of our cabin. Please deposit final payment in the envelope provided and place in the black mailbox. Upon check out you can leave the key in the mailbox as well.
